1. Product Disclaimer

At TumblerzNThings, we take pride in our artisanal, handcrafted items. Please note:

  • Customization: Because our items (tumblers, apparel, journals) are custom-made via sublimation and laser engraving, slight variations in color, placement, and finish are to be expected. These are not defects but unique characteristics of a handmade product.

  • Skincare: Our Shea’s Tumble Butter is handcrafted using natural ingredients (Shea, Mango, and Cocoa butters). While we maintain strict quality control, we recommend performing a patch test before full application. TumblerzNThings is not responsible for any adverse reactions. Please consult the ingredient list if you have known skin sensitivities.

2. Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics, logos, and content on the TumblerzNThings website are the property of the business owner. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our designs—including our custom laser-engraved patterns—is strictly prohibited.

3. Order Processing & Shipping

  • Processing Time: Custom orders are processed in the order they are received. Current turnaround times will be reflected at checkout.

  • Shipping: We ship via USPS. Once an item is handed to the carrier, TumblerzNThings is no longer responsible for transit delays or lost packages. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the highly personalized nature of our products (custom laser-engraving and sublimation), we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom items unless the error was made by us. If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect due to a production error, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with clear photos.

5. Limitation of Liability

TumblerzNThings shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the item in question.
