At TumblerzNThings, we take great pride in creating high-quality, custom-crafted items and artisanal skincare. Because our products are often made-to-order, we want to ensure you have a clear understanding of our shipping process.

Processing Time

We handcraft each piece with care. Please allow 5-7 business days for us to prepare and package your order before it is dispatched.

  • Custom Orders: Please note that personalized items may require additional time for design and production. If your order requires extra time, we will reach out to you via email.
  • Business Hours: Our processing days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and major holidays.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States

  • P.O. Boxes: We **DO NOT** ship to P.O. Boxes.
  • International: "We currently do not offer international shipping" or OR, other countries.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

Damages & Issues

We carefully inspect all items before they leave our studio. In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged or is missing, please contact us at lashay.owens@yahoo.com within 24 Hours of delivery.

  • Please include your order number and photos of the damaged item/packaging so we can resolve the issue for you as quickly as possible.
